How long does it take to process my order? 

Processing: 

Orders are normally processed 3-5 business days from the original date of purchase. Processing means receiving your order information, packaging and shipping out your order. 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Shipping: 

Orders are normally shipped from the warehouse 3-5 business days from the date of the purchase. This excludes the following: HOLIDAYS, SALES, and WEEKENDS. Once your order is processed and your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated arrival date. 

 

PYDPY DOES NOT SHIP ON MAJOR U.S. HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS. This includes the following: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
